As a Carolina native, seasoned real estate professional and investor, she strives daily to exceed her client’s expectations through her diligent work ethic, professionalism, integrity, and commitment to her client’s needs. Valerie’s 18-year background in healthcare as an exercise physiologist, respiratory therapist and registered nurse illustrates her passion for helping others. Her lifelong mission has always been to help others. She is passionate about educating her buyer and seller clients on the real estate process, whether it be a first-time buyer, an experienced buyer, seller or investor. Valerie’s love of real estate came from purchasing investment properties. She realized early on that she could not change the world but assisting someone in purchasing the right property could change their world, and that is a start.
When not assisting clients, Valerie enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and their family, entertaining friends and traveling.
